Spirit has spent over a year transitioning me from relaxed hair to natural. I didn't want to do a big chop, so she painstakingly cared for my hair. She gave me silk presses every 2 weeks and kept me trimmed. She colored my hair and it never lost elasticity or health. Im now relaxer free, but my hair is back at the length it was when I was relaxing it. Spirit is the truth!
