Absolutely LOVE the lady that has done my last few hairstyles! My edges are NEVER tight, actually are left out. My braids aren’t tight or heavy. The braider’s chair is the 2nd one, I’ll update once I remember her name.
This is a small salon (only three chairs) but they accept walk-ins but I believe appointments are preferred. Also, it’s very clean inside.
They supply the hair in the back- ALL COLORS! My go to color is usually #350.

04/27/2024 Update: Went again to get a new style that I saw trending high on social media called “Boho Marley Twist”.
Jacquie’s doesn’t supply Marley hair so I went to Jenny’s Beauty Supply and purchased 3 packs of “3X Freetress Equal Cuban Twist Braiding Hair (#350) & 1 pack of Freetress Beach Curls Crochet Human Hair (ginger).
Arrived at 4:30pm as a walk-in & was finished at 10:00pm. Love my hair!
I've been getting my hair done here 4 years u couldn't ask 4 a better place 2 get your hair washed .that lady Kimberly can do some hair she is the best an I flew in from Las Vegas 4 her to do my hair. So that should say a lot about the lady's work here . Thank you all 4 your services....
Great barbershop, we always stop in when in town for my sons fresh cut. They always get it done and each barber we try hits it on the head.
I have been going to Yehia & Co. for my hair care close to 30 years. I have never been disappointed. There skills and professional work in coloring, blow drying, cutting a stying my hair has been to my satisfaction all those years. Since I have moved out of the state, when I come to Chicago, they are STILL my stylist.

I just love Dr Glass, Love the staff and Love the massages. I’ve been going here many years I’ve loss count. I started one of my sisters going here. Great positive atmosphere. I know some people are afraid of chiropractic therapy. It’s true once you start you need to check in from time to time but it is very necessary. Especially once you reach a certain age where you’ve worked your body in different directions a lot. Dr Glass gets me right every time. There is a Woman and a Man who gives massages. With both you’re naked, with both it feels intimate because you’re naked. If you are the type to feel violated by a man, request the woman. I saw a review about feeling uneasy about face touching by the man. I also was massaged by him, I also had my face massaged. The face has tissue etc as well as he did my scalp and temple area. I get headaches so I try to massage that at home but for me it was better with someone who knew how to push certain points. I wasn’t uneasy cause I don’t mind getting a massage by man or woman and I’ve been massages by both.
As always these ladies be snapping..love everything about this shop..the atmosphere, the music, the conversation. Ever since I came across them I haven’t gone anywhere else for my nails..they make my me time worth it. And also when I take my little girl with me..Keep at it ladies..I’ll be back like always..❤️❤️❤️

I had been traveling to a salon that was 25 minutes away. I decided to try Paraa that is actually only 4 minutes away from my doorstep - saving me time and gas!! So far I've just been having them wax my lip area and loving the results. Contemplating having them shape and tint my eyebrow next!
