“Get that AC/HVAC checked in the Spring.” We did not respond to this warning and found that our unit was leaking in the basement for 2 days. Reinhold Heating & Cooling were out in a matter of hours to replace our clogged condensation line; they put in the extra care to disassemble and clean out areas we never thought of within our HVAC and AC. My AC went out on a Thursday, early evening. I left a message, received a call-back to let me know someone would be here the next day between 11-2. Technician arrived before 11:30. I needed full HVAC replacement. They had the units on Tuesday and arrived by 8:30 AM. The two technicians were great! Worked diligently and cleaned up everything. Made sure the units were working properly before they left. Job was complete by 3:00 that afternoon. I would HIGHLY recommend Reinhold Heating & Cooling!
