The workers, including Addy, Branson, Patrick, and Chris, are courteous, professional, and respectful, cleaning up behind themselves and causing minimal disruption to daily activities. Patrick was very thorough, explaining and showing before and after pictures methodically through all the floor vents and intake vents, and later, the large lines in the basement. They also did the dryer vent line from floor to outside. Customers reported no more allergies in the house after air duct cleaning, and expressed they were very pleased with the professional job they did. Not sure who to use at first. So we called several different companies, Eric the owner of midwest answered on the first ring, and we needed out air ducts cleaned because my entire house has very bad allergies. He wasn’t the cheapest but he was not the most expensive, so i ended up hiring him. It took 4-5 hours to clean and it was the best 4-5 hours of money i could’ve spent. Nobody has allergies in my house anymore.
The teams that have come out to the property have done great work, and have done it quickly and professionally. Just wanted to shout out a thank to all their employees who came out and did the drywall mold removal and follow up duct cleaning!
