I was very disappointed. Like most places nowadays the Customer service was ?. After I went into the store and sat down. I saw only two stylists and probably basic customers seated. Another three or four come in, when finally one of the stylist ask if they signed in online, they all replied Yes. I understand they offer that service. But with closing time approaching and I had,not been asked anything, usually you are asked your phone number
Then they enter it, and their notations tell them who you are and what type of cut you like. I wait a bit longer but I am still overlooked. Now I speak up. " Excuse me mam, do you have to check in online here now"

Huge thanks to stylist Shelby for my haircut today. I have weird problem hair and I explained it to her, as I have many other times to other stylists and wasn't really happy with prior haircuts. First haircut in a long time that I am pleased with. Thanks Shelby for my new haircut that I can finally work with and style to my liking.Service: Haircut

Brought my elderly parents in yesterday to get haircuts and my dad to have his beard shaved off. The ladies who took care of my folks were so kind and gentle with them. Thank you ladies! My mother was thrilled and said I’m coming back here next time! Thanks for being so respectful and thoughtful with them! ?
