“Nothing but good things here. I met Maria at the Orion Fall Fest, and she is one of the kindest people. I had questions about a possible upcoming window upgrade to help my “old children” ❤️? not have so much draft in their rooms. She listened to my situation, gave words of advice, and then simply asked for a meeting. I was quick to say yes because of the first impression made. Even after meeting with her rep and not being able to secure their business-next paragraph for him-she called and checked in on how things were in my life. He was real and honest. No BS and straight to the point while still pitching the product, which, secondary note; the product looks amazing. He tried his very best to work within my budget, holding out hope that I would be approved on the financial side. After disappointing news, he even tried to show a plan that could work for me, knowing my situation and not trying to break my bank. Top notch.

While it didn’t work out right now to make a plan with this team, I 100% will be doing any future business with them. I’ve said for years people won’t care about what you’re saying until they know you care. Installing master bathroom double vanity, building the under stairway area for a closet system (by others). Replacing one basement window. Redoing master bedroom closet door to a barn door. Installing a new roof and new siding. Building a composite deck. Redesigning and building our solarium. “Had a good experience! I worked with Brent and his team through the whole process. He was very honest and transparent through it all. He even taught me things to look for and ask about while gathering other quotes. I never felt pressured to use them either (have unfortunately experienced that with other services). On the day our roof was replaced Brent stopped by to see how progress was going, he took pictures of the process and let me know what was going on while I was at work. They were able to get 2 layers of shingles removed, new put on, and clean up done in 1 day! I was worried about nails in my yard and we never found any. The team really did an amazing job.“
