The best gym around! I’m working on my 3rd year! Kevin and Jen are the best and willing to help with anything you need! Even the group members are very supportive! I love my fit fam ❤️

Get a grip has been a great gym right from the start! Kevin and Jen do a great job of making sure everyone can get into the best shape of their lives! The people that come are like a family to me and I know many others feel the same way! They have helped me build the strength physically and mentally to run multiple ultra marathons that I do not believe I could have done without them! I love this gym and plan to continue to go for many years to come!

I was a member of Get a Grip for a little over a year when I was living in Colona. I miss the vibe of this gym so much! The owners, Kevin and Jen, and the other members are so welcoming and supportive of one another. It truly felt like a family. Couldn’t recommend this gym more!
