- Updated Review -Mariah Wagner (PA) is a fantastic provider and has worked very hard to help resolve my myriad of issues. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and listens well. So long as you use/contact her via the patient portal, I absolutely recommend her!The office staff/receptionist is, unfortunately, the inverse of the providers. Check-in always takes an inexplicably long time, any questions you have will very likely not get answers, and you cannot contact them by phone most days. The receptionist always seems very surly/rude and upset that I have to interrupt her phone conversations to check in or send paperwork. Edit: I received a call from the Clinic Manager and she informed me that they are aware of their phone system issues and they are trying to implement a new one so that the experience is better going forward. She also informed me that I can request prescriptions and schedule appointments through the online patient portal, which I was not aware of. I'm very pleased with how Heather has received the feedback and with the solutions she has provided me. When I first started going to see Dr Kalaher I was pleased but staff must of changed you call and can't get anybody it's either busy signal or you get a recording and you make a choice then asked to leave a message no one calls you back. I had to result in going to a Urgent care facility. I was told by Urgent care to follow-up with my doctor so I called closed for lunch so I go to the office to make the appointment just to be told it would be the middle of May
