They advertised a free cleaning and exam a few years ago so I booked an appointment and went...before going back I specifically asked the receptionist to double check that my insurance would cover any extra charges ( I had already checked myself)....now I have a bill in collections stating that I owe them. If the collection agency can't resolve this issue I will be reporting this practice!

I love this dentist office. I was a patient for almost 10 years before I had to choose a different dentist that was closer to my home in St. Louis. For about 5 of those years, I made the trip across the river to Collinsville, IL because I did not want to stop going. I highly recommend Dr. John Bucovak and the staff. Darlene works the front and is the nicest person. Dr. B's sister also works at the practice and they are a as good as it gets. -Noah (10 year patient)

I have been going to John since his office opened in Collinsville. I have only good things to say because John has always been considerate and gentle. I had poor dental habits when I was young and John has been able to keep all my teeth except for one. His staff is courteous and makes me feel at ease in the chair. As long as there are teeth in my mouth I will go to John. TomG
