Apria owns and operates more than 325 locations throughout the United States and serves more than 1.8 million patients each year. The company offers assistance with tracking supplies, billing questions, and service-related needs. Customers have had mixed experiences with Apria Healthcare. While some found the process of getting their healthcare equipment delivered to be helpful, others felt left on their own to figure out how to use the equipment, especially during the pandemic when in-person demonstrations were no longer available. The Collinsville facility, in particular, was praised for its excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure customers received the right equipment immediately. Overall, Apria Healthcare provides a range of home healthcare services, with varying levels of customer satisfaction.
Helpful getting my healthcare equipment delivered to me but left me on my own to figure out how it works. Before the pandemic my family member had someone come to the house to show them how to use theirs but I guess we don't do that anymore. Sad
Do not use mail order unless you use the Collinsville store. When I called the Collinsville facility about the following incident, they bent over backwards to help me get the right mask immediately.I ordered a mask and headgear requesting size extra small. I waited ten days and called again at which time I was assured that they would be processing the order soon and that I would be getting the extra small. Seven days later, I recieved the wrong size and they would not replace it until they received the equiptment they sent. I received my cpap a few days ago set up was easy with step by step instructions. Mask was not my type called them up first thing today and scheduled to get fitted for a new mask Friday! Very friendly staff!!!
