“Nothing but good things here. I met Maria at the Orion Fall Fest, and she is one of the kindest people. I had questions about a possible upcoming window upgrade to help my “old children” ❤️? not have so much draft in their rooms. “We’ve had this company do outstanding work since 2018. This included building our elevator shaft way for Nu-Trend. Installing master bathroom double vanity, building the under stairway area for a closet system (by others). Replacing one basement window. Redoing master bedroom closet door to a barn door. Installing a new roof and new siding. Building a composite deck. Redesigning and building our solarium. Replacing two entry doors and storm doors.I can’t say enough wonderful things about this contractor. I consider them family. If you hire them, you will not be disappointed!“

“Richard has been working with us since August to get our insurance to have them admit there was hail damage to our roof. He talked us thru what we needed to do to get them to agree. We just got our roof done this week. It was set up right away after our insurance agreed with him and us. His team did excellent work and completed it in good time. He also had them come and recheck it they day after these high wind storms and took care of anything that needed done which was very little they just completed it the day before. In the next few weeks he is also having our gutters replaced which had damage from the hail too. We can not thank him enough for all his help.Services: Roof inspection“

Had to reschedule with very little notice and there were no issues - very reasonable and flexible company. Did an excellent job, and finished in less time than they quoted. “Iossi has done it again! 3 yrs. ago, they sided my unsightly garage. This last few weeks, the crew has taken on my crazy house built in 1910 in the central city....my home for 36 years. Crazy because it slopes and somebody covered it with ground level stucco about 50 yrs. ago. Iossi agreed to take on the challenge, and the crew gave their all creating a vinyl sided looks new house on my corner property. Did I mention my lot is small? We decided to leave the stucco because much of it was stable and what wasn't got plenty of TLC. If you have a stucco house needing assistance, call Iossi and have Dave come out, take a look, and discuss the possibilities. I was very pleased the lead on site made sure the crew cleaned up every day. The last few days brought snow covering their materials, cold water dripping on them (gutters were off), colder temps and wind as they finished siding, prepped for gutters, and did a final cleanup. Didn't slow them a bit...an impressive siding job was finished in time to move on to another house. Crazy house gone....their workmanship left in its place quality renovation, less maintenance for me, and increased pride in ownership.
