The worst service for your vision needs, uneducated employees, no respect for older people, terrible customer service. Do not go to that establishment. I hope you look for better people with knowledge of how to treat consumers. badly spoken

THE WORSE PLACE FOR YOUR EYE CARE. ATTENDANTS ARE RUDE WITH NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDER. THEY SOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS WITH THE EPLOYEES THEY HAVE. RUDE. THE WORST SERVICE WITH UNEDUCATED, DISRESPECTFUL, BADLY TALKED EMPLOYEES THE WORST IN SERVICE. DO NOT COME TO THAT LOCATION AT ALL. TRASH!

Poor customer service the fat lady at the front desk is really rude!I took my son 3 months ago to get an eye exam for contact lenses and the first prescription that the doctor gave my son took almost 2 weeks to arrive, the doctor prescribed the wrong volume so they had to re order again! Waited another 2 weeks plus I had to make an appointment!!! More waisted time…. At the day of the appointment my son tries the contacts and the doctor supposedly did the exam with the contacts on and then says to tried them on at home so my son says he still sees blurry I call again and the fat lady says that they only have one day available on December 14 like if the people don’t...read full review
