I just recently moved into the Cicero area and was looking for a place to cut my hair and do my eyebrows. This is a great place, friendly and the prices are reasonable. I told my sister about this place and she went over to die her hair and get a cut, she was more than satisfied. We found a new place to cut our hair and do our eyebrows.
