First time going today . The staff was very kind and helpful. It was fast . Dr. Gaffney highly recommend. First time I have felt like I have a solid medical plan moving forward . They do a great job. I am very happy to have them as my new medical plan.

Seems fine if you have a cold or something common like that but if you actually need help and professionals to listen to you, go somewhere else. They seem to have their mind made up about people before they even talk.

Took my three kids in for initial appointments and it was very pleasant. But my son was prescribed the wrong epi pen (which we paid for) and even though the correct one was eventually prescribed (after several phone calls), and I was told we would be reimbursed for the mistake ($100 mistake), it’s been a year, I’ve provided all the necessary receipts and nothing has been done.Also, we went there for a specific in-network practitioner and we only saw her that initial appointment and it has been different doctors at appointments (because that practitioner never seems to be available ) ever since. Which I personally don’t like.They are mostly pleasant people and staff but it feels like we are a number there, not people.
