The doctors and nurses are great. Everything else is terrible. Wait time for the doctor is hit or miss but rarely egregious. Wait time for labs is a whole other issue unless there is absolutely no one else in the office. As I sit here, it’s been an hour wait to simply have blood drawn. Apparently patients time is not a priority here. Supreme disrespect for your customers. It’s time to look for a new doctor.
Failed to refill prescription after multiple inquires via mychart, email and phone. I needed to find an entirely new physician to have my prescription refilled because the doctor I was seeing here stopped communicating with me. If you are on medication you need to take everyday choosing this practice to manage your care could be dangerous, as it was for me. I would recommend other practices.
