I recently had TDH replace my broken and old A/C unit and can say they were excellent to work with! My A/C stopped working over Memorial Day and I called Tuesday morning and someone was out in 4 hours to diagnose my issue. My unit was very old and multiple opinions said it would need to be replaced.
TDH had a strong and fair estimate and were very easy to communicate with to schedule a day. They even were extra accommodating when it turned out the only day that worked for us both and my building was the day I had a major surgery scheduled. Efficient but thorough installation of a new furnace and ac unit. Showed up on time and were friendly and considerate of the property throughout the time they were there. Would recommend.
TDH removed and replaced my furnace and AC, great crew of folks to work with, on-site and those in back office. Presented a competitive bid and was chosen because they offered the safest method to install. I highly recommend their services.I've now used TDH again, four years later on a different home. Same great service and the lowest price. Their install work is some of the best craftsmanship I've seen in HVAC.
