Raul Flores was an exemplary supervisor. He was very attentive and accommodating. In a time where the worst case scenario could happen biohazard fluid leaking into a newly purchased condo, a person of care detail oriented was needed to help assuage the trouble minds of my mother and myself. Raul and his team were professional to the very end. They moved around our condo meticulously without negligence.Under his watchful eye, his team handled our possessions with respect as them gutted out our bathrooms. Alex was a joy to work with! We didn't understand the process and he completely explained everything plainly and clearly. He is extremely friendly and professional. Everything went very smoothly and I'm certain it was all due to Alex's leadership!
Everyone from SERVEPRO was extremely nice. A pipe burst in my building and they came in to assess water damage and to dry out the affected areas. They were super helpful in explaining everything they were doing and the timeline, especially Alex from their team.
