Just randomly cancelled my appointment TWICE. First time she did it, she didn’t even contact me to at least let me know why or that it was happening. I was just happening to check my junk mail on my phone and that’s when I found out. I had to call her and ask?? Mind you I scheduled 2+ weeks in advance and she could have told me then but she wanted to cancel two days before. Then 2nd time, She cancelled the day of without even calling me and us actually having a conversation, I was letting her know some concerns on MY end regarding taking my hair down (that I was definitely going to have fixed and finished before I showed up at the appointment which was HOURS PRIOR)...read full review

Do not let NaRee use chemicals (relaxer/color) on your hair. She burned my scalp and chemically damaged my hair. She said she refunded me for the service but my hair is permanently damaged. She also was going to leave the back of my hair unstyled until i saw it and said something and still didn't finish my full head. My hair went from thick/shiny/healthy to limp thin and dry. Please don't let her do it to you. Update: 10/28/18 Still haven't received the refund Update 11/9/18 Refunded
