I took my winter coat here to be cleaned. The owner told me that it would be $30, as there was leather trim on the wool coat. When I picked the coat up and paid the $30, I realized that the leather had been destroyed. I showed the owner and her husband, and they told me that it was not their problem. I had to buy a new coat, as this coat is completely ruined. They would not even refund me the $30. Very rude and disappointing.

This is seriously the worst place ever. I took my husband's pants in to get hemmed and was overcharged plus they weren't done when they said they would be and to make matters worse, the lady was getting mad at me for her mistake which didn't make any sense. I was baffled by that. She was extremely rude.

My clothing was ready for pick up. All was clean and looked perfect. Happy they were able to get out some oilly spills/spots on my beaded dress. She mentioned they they would try to get out the yellowing from one one dress but could not promise. They were able to get out the yellowing from the white dress! Happy they were able to. Many thanks.
