Several weeks ago I came into knowledge that left my body bedridden for 2 days. I felt like a steamroller had smashed me. I've been doing the spiritual work to pick my soul up and amazing body / light work with my acupuncturist Heidi Shimko .Lots of all types of emotions moving through me. For months before my body had already shut down. Opening my heart chakra during sun salutations felt unsafe. ,sleeping was painful. Heidi is a wonderful healer and accupuntureist who combines healing techniques to rid my body of pain and tension. She has helped enormously with relief of allegergies, back pain and post surgical swelling of my knees.
