There is nothing more rewarding than a good spa day. Love self-care; nothing manages stress better. I already knew it was going to be a great day when I found a parking spot in front of the spa. Upon entering, it was explained that the establishment is tech FREE and that all guests must leave cell phones in their locker. Love it. In my opinion, this allows one to be fully present with each experience or service. I was offered mango iced tea. Yes please. Other ingredients in my drink included passion fruit and ashwaganda. Overall: Very nice and pricey The one photo is because you're technically not allowed to use your phone in the area (I think, a good thing) - but I needed to check the time so I got approval. I got the lymphatic drainage massage, which is a very light massage that targets the parasympathetic nervous system. Valerie was my masseuse and she was lovely. There were fruit infused/ hot tea/ iced tea stations everywhere which was great. I thought the sauna and steam room were a bit too light on heat (for me). Came in to be pampered ! Kendall was great smiling and attentive. It was hot air-conditioning was not working properly, but Kendall shared her fan and made sure I was comfortable. Kendall and Victoria did a great job and provided cold towels and water. I did get the name of the young lady whom I had for massage,
but it was wonderful. I was able to use the hot tub, steamroom, sauna.
There is a wonderful relaxation room upstairs snacks and teas as well as infused iced water.
