Great experience, staff was attentive and gave us a special gift since we came here on our honeymoon! I got a facial by Kendall and it was wonderful. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
I was in to buy a gift card for my wife and Audrey at the front desk was great. From thoroughly explaining the services to ensuring the gift was wrapped flawlessly, her seamless and warm service made a difference. Will be returning!
Fantastic first experience here. We were greeted warmly by the check-in staff and offered ice tea, and then given a walkthrough of the facilities by our spa assistant Lucy. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful and we thought the customer service was outstanding.
I had a hydrotherapy treatment with Magdalena who did an excellent job with the treatment as well as checking on my comfort level throughout. It was my first time doing this treatment and she was great in making sure things went smoothly while allowing plenty of space for relaxation.
