He's the best! Because of that...He's busy. Someone complained about him not answering his own phone??? How would you feel if you were sitting with him doing your taxes and he had to stop and answer the phone? He has an answering service. Why would he need a secretary? To offer you water? Keys to the bathroom? If some of these reviews cause you not to call, that's your loss. Regarding some of these reviews, maybe 'They' were the problem...Remember, there are 2 sides to every story. He can't hold all of our hands. I've been with him 20 some years, never had a problem. Be proactive, make your appointment early And don't call him during March and April. He's BUSY!
Jim is a great accountant! He provides excellent recommendations for both me and my wife's personal & business taxes. Jim has also helped my immediate family & friends. He does a great job on advising us on making sure our filings are done on time.
