I am now 68 years old and am doing so much better than many friends who are younger! I have been blessed to have been a client of James for years and he is amazing! Unlike other trainers there are never any rote generic exercises. He is always 100% focused on me as a whole person and designs highly efficient whole body moves specifically for me. He constantly adapts to how I am each moment. Each training session is fresh and very very supportive while also right at the edge of challenging. I am not naturally inclined to work out, but James is something special and zi really look forward to our sessions and the consistent results I get.

Dr. Bach is a true healer and wonderful human being. Having gone through 5 knee surgeries, my knee issues had started moving to my ankles. Up front he told me it was not about knees or ankles, but body mechanics. Also told me my back was going to be next. He quickly identified problem areas, told me why and what I needed to do (stretching, massage gun, exercises & roller balls). Each session he teaches you how to heal yourself. It's not always fun but it works. I have made more progress with him in a few months, than literally years of physical therapy. Thank you Dr. Bach!
