Having Empist as our IT professionals allows for quick resolutions of computer issues. It's wonderful to be able to have address a quick fix first thing in the morning, even when I just walk up to their desk rather than submitting a ticket first. The technicians that we have are wonderful with not only fixing issues quite fast, but also documenting the issue and resolution in case it returns as well as listening to complaints and trying to find a way to make even minor annoyances go away.

As a current Empist client, I've been very impressed with all of the actions they've taken to improve internally while providing excellent customer service and technical support. Our personal account team goes above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are met and exceeded.

Empist is super great at bridging the gap for our IT needs / skills. We can't be experts at everything so its great to have a resource assisting us. Whenever we need help solving an IT problem, they give us the answers or support we need to get it done. Their mapping and alerting is very beneficial and helps us feel confident that we have someone watching out for us 24/7.
