My mother in law passed away recently in Chicago. We called Greg for help. Their service fee is very fair and reasonable. My mother passed in a fatal tragic accident from an apartment fire. She passed away on Monday, and so we contacted Greg for the funeral arrangements immediately. My brother and I reside out of state, and we wanted the funeral that same week on Saturday. With such short notice and time frame, Greg was able to pull everything together for us. He sent us important information immediately after we spoke.The funeral went smoothly. I couldn't ask for a better outcome of the funeral service. Greg was efficient with his calls and text messages. Greg did an excellent job helping us manage my dad's wake and funeral with a traditional Chinese funeral service held yesterday. His understanding of the Chinese customs makes the service goes smoothly from the funeral home to the cemetery. He and his team personally see it through the burial with the cemetery staff to give us peace of mind when laying my dad to rest. On top of these, Greg helped us complete the public aid request for some reimbursement to ease up our financial burden during this difficult time.
