This is our second time using American Carpet Distributors, and they will continue to be our go-to for any carpeting needs. This time we needed to install a carpet runner on our main staircase since the wood stairs were way to slippery for us and our aging dogs. I called and left a message, and Larry got back to me right away to set up time for a consultation. He came to my home and presented beautiful options and talked me through the different ways the runner could be installed. Larry's crew is the real deal! They knew exactly how to fix a problem, they were in and out quickly, and the work is so so good! Larry called me right away after I requested the project. He made sure that he could do the project before committing to it, and his crew was in my house two days later. What more can you ask for?
