I hired ADZ back in October, 2018, and I was very happy with their work. They were thorough in cleaning, and they communicated regularly with me via text. After a few months, I trusted them enough to give them a key to my house so that they could come in even when I wasn't home. Everything changed a few weeks ago when I received a text saying that they had to travel out of town and would not be able to make the regularly scheduled cleaning. I sent a response back almost immediately saying that I would see them the following week, and since then I haven't heard anything from them despite having sent a couple of texts to ask when they are coming back.
