I called Dr Nancy early one morning before her office was even open. She answered and scheduled me and my 3 sick kids virtual telehealth appointments. The entire process was easy.
Her office texted links to a virtual medical suite. The exam was quick and efficient and she quickly called in antibiotics for all of us and we were able to start feeling better by the next day. I followed up with her this evening about a new issue I am having and at 8pm she quickly got on the line to a busy pharmacy and called in a new Rx for me. I cannot get over how dedicated and amazing of a Doctor she is!!! Highly highly highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience with Star-Care. They truly listened to my needs and provided thoughtful advice. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’m very satisfied. I first started at Dr. Youssef’s clinic as a Nurse Practitioner student. I loved how she took time with every patient she had. Full assessments on each and listening to their concerns, and giving them the options they had and letting them make an informative decision. I have been with doctors who only took 2-5 mins in a patient’s room and really rushing out to see the next. It didnt give patients the satisfaction or resolve their problem leaving them with questions as they leave the clinic. Seeing this, she is now my primary care provider. Take this advice from me, ive been in the medical field for over 14 years! And if im giving a review about this, it means a lot!... read full review
