I would just like to say that we had Jim service our hot water heater and what a great guy. He explained everything to us and even called the manufacturer for us. And then he comes back to install the recalled parts. Jim is definitely an asset to your company and we will use him again. Thanks Jim

Five stars. Highly recommend. I recently hired R DiFoggio and Sam plumbing to do some extensive sewer work under my house and outside as well in the yard. I worked with Dave and Rafael, and I am extremely satisfied with the level of patience, professionalism and customer service that we received and at a fair price. Overall excellent experience that also includes the folks in the office & the owner.

I was able to get an appointment that worked for my neighbor and me. I was contacted the morning of the appointment with an ETA and they arrived on time as scheduled. The problem was solved quickly, and I'm pleased with the job.
