I contacted Brilliant Plumbers and spoke with Nick, to schedule a consultation. Upon the appointment date, Nick arrived in a timely manner and appeared in a professional manner. After a thorough assessment, he determined the source of my plumbing issue efficiently. He created a plan of action to correct the issue, advised of the necessary steps (which included traveling to multiple stores in a vast radius, if the local stores were without the required parts) and provided more than one option. Previously had another plumber to help with a leak under my sink and they actually made it worse. Called Brilliant Plumbers and they were able to make it out the same day and have the sink fixed in under an hour after I had had challenges for weeks! Awesome service and super responsive. I can’t see myself using any other company for my plumbing needs moving forward!!
Vincent came on time explained everything that he would be doing in detail. Showed me all the old peices he replaced. After fixing everthing he showed me that they are working. It's been three weeks since he fixed everything and I have no complaints
