Oak Street Health Lincoln Crossing Primary Care Clinic

I was disappointed because I came there to get my health concerns taken care of or atleast focused on. Plenty of questions asked and little attention, if any to my primary concern. I did not like that at all. I had to make an appointment with someone else.

For this to be my first time I really liked the facility …The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and very pleasant and the inside was very nice clean. The workers were very helpful also they make you feel so welcome…So thank you all that I met on my first visit and even if they were not helping they where very pleasant …So to everyone that I set down with thank you……All please continue to keep up the great work….yours truly Mz.Vida

Hi it's was okay but pt needs to know when they requested refills on they meds they been taking for years why they only get partially of they refill when that trying to get answers you be told the doctor is busy and she will give you a call at the end of the day you never hear from the doctor or they assistance people we have to do better for our pt the health is important as well thank you professional is the main key in medical field I'm just saying!!!
