Jim came the same day we called to fix our dryer. We thought we had a $400 repair. Jim diagnosed the problem and replaced the thermo overload. The total cost less than $165. I highly recommend Jim. He is unbelievably knowledgeable and professional. He is prompt and courteous
My wife called today. He wouldn’t come out because my wife put him on speaker and he could hear the issue and said it would be best to replace our 8 year old washer, the main bearing was out in our whirlpool, he said it’s very common. Didn’t do any business with him, but I will in the future based upon a single phone call. You don’t find service like this anymore, most people would come out and charge something. Will keep this saved for future issues. Highly recommend someone like this who is honest and upfront.
