AC wasn't cooling, and it was not going to be cool outside any time soon... Called on a Friday morning. Tech came out a couple hours later... he quickly assessed the situation. Wasn't 10 minutes and he had it going... needed a new capacitor. He said sometimes they go bad.... Thanks Element!

We have used Element for the last few years now on maintenance of our A/C units. They are absolutely amazing! We replaced our downstairs A/C unit last summer and just currently had the upstairs ancient A/C and Heating unit replaced.
