Nate is a lifesaver! Today, my external hard drive went bad and stopped working. I was freaking out. I spoke with one of his assistants over the phone, who was very informative and very friendly. When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else. He was very nice about it, and thank God. Eventually, there was a bent in the controller, and with some manipulation, it worked, and I could retrieve all my data. Took my tower in because I couldn’t get it to run right. My computer is a vital part of my business and they had me in an out in amazing time . It’s so nice having a place like this and saving me from a drive into Springfield . Will return and recommend
