Well I have been going there for 14 years… every single month I get my nails done and a pedicure… it’s my experience that their service is terrible it seems not a month go by and something is wrong with my finger and toe… I will tell you if you get your pedicure from the mother it is beyond amazing but if anyone does it you screwed… the men are very rough and fast when it comes to him doing my nail… they have what seems like all new worker BEWARE OF THE NEW GIRL she doesn’t even know how to do it at all… this very sad because like I said for 14 years I go there monthly… does anyone been to other nail salon in Chatham? We have a new go-to! Took my grandma to get her nails filled. Polite staff, decent pricing and nice work. They took her as a walk-in and she was seated with one of the ladies by the time we picked a nail color. It was better work than the more posh place she used regularly. I have been going here for over a year getting my nails done and it’s safe to say i will not be back. When i first started going they were amazing. The last couple times i’ve went they have looked horrible, they haven’t done cuticle work and they break off after not even two weeks. Also I understand prices of things go up but every time i’m there for a simple full set with a single color it is always a different price. The ladies that work there are always sweet but the men are so rough and also rush their work. Im disappointed because i thought i finally found a place i could always go to but i guess not.
