They came promptly after the holiday weekend. (It wasn't an emergency.) They investigated the problem -- a faucet gone bad -- replaced it within a couple hours and all was well. Excellent work and service. LD has never let me down for almost 25 years.
Rich arrived within 2 hours on the day I called to request service on my air conditioner. Didn’t have the part but was able to get it running temporarily. He was back the next day and installed the required parts. Excellent service!!!
I thank you for the quick fix on the a/c unit on my rental house. It was awful warm outside that day and is greatfully appreciated to have someone come the same day to fix the problem. Thank you
