“Our A/C unit failed at 6:30 pm when it was still 96 degrees outside with a predicted 101 degrees for the next day. Jamie offered to come out right away but I said we'd tough it out until morning. Jamie and Will arrived early and within 45 minutes the unit was up and running. They spent another 40 minutes or so checking the air temperatures at all the air vents and returns in the house. They're very smart and thorough and all this is provided at a very fair price! Thanks AirMaxx. We'll see you in October for furnace clean and check!“

“Furnace went out last week and was told I needed to replace it ASAP due to a bad heat exchanger by another company. My friend recommended this company. Turns out my furnace just needed a new control board. The heat exchanger was fine. I believe they were trying to scare me with a natural gas leak. Very honest tech and he wasn't even suggesting I needed a new furnace. Tech said it could last for years. Glad I made a call to Southwest Mechanical after my furnace went out again. “I used Mr. Bob Smid's business for a whole new HVAC in my joliet bungalow. He and his workers were on time, polite and professional. I did not have an issue with their interaction or basic work. I felt comfortable with them being in my house when I was not home or when it was only myself and the workers. I could not be home the entire time they were here but I did not mind leaving them by themselves. Bob comes over approx twice a year to do a quick once-over and change my filter, which reminds me I need to call him. I definitely reccomend his business for your HVAC needs.“
