Tucked away in a quiet part of town, this small barbershop has quickly become my favorite spot. Run by two very talented women, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming, which is exactly what I need in a haircut experience. The shop feels simple and relaxed, not overwhelming, or tacky, great music the moment you walk in the door which really help give of a good vibe. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about making sure each customer feels at ease and well taken care of.
What really makes this place special for me is the relaxed, unrushed experience. They create a comfortable space where I don’t feel pressured or stressed, which is very important to me in my busy life, everyone is always so pushy. On top of that, the pricing is really reasonable for the quality of service you get. That scalp massage was absolutely legendary. It’s definitely a hidden gem, and I’m glad I found a place where I can go regularly and leave feeling satisfied every time.
Frank and the team at AM/FM plumbing did a phenomenal job. They worked with the manufacturer on our water heater to prove that it was a dud from day one. They went above and beyond even with bumps in the road along the way. Would definitely recommend for excellent service and good workmanship.

Last July, marked 20 years I have been with Country Maids. They do a great job. Needless to say I've had different ladies cleaning the house. All have been trained wonderfully. I would highly recommend as the price is right.

They take care of our landscaping at our business in joliet and everything is always done great and after the grass is done, they make sure to clean everything up so not 1 blade of grass is left on the pavement. Recently I have had my taxes done through a APTR and they were able to increase my refund. They reviewed my 2021 and 2022 tax returns I had done elsewhere and they suggested I amend to get a bigger refund from credits the other tax company did not catch. A beautiful full front porch, decorative corbels and attic vents, black facia, and an antique cobblestone walkway to the front door. Something not a single home has when they built my subdivision. Only access was from walking up the driveway.
My house now stands out, has old school classic Americana charm, and is now the BELLE OF THE BALL of my subdivision.
Gary was also helpful when it came to costs, and advice when it came to crossroads, or reached a next step. Gary's eye and experience made us comfortable with his vision for what we wanted.
I am over the moon with the end results! Gary also helped me deal with an insurance adjuster who was trying to cut corners on late February's severe hail storm damage.

Our A/C unit failed at 6:30 pm when it was still 96 degrees outside with a predicted 101 degrees for the next day. Jamie offered to come out right away but I said we'd tough it out until morning. Jamie and Will arrived early and within 45 minutes the unit was up and running. They spent another 40 minutes or so checking the air temperatures at all the air vents and returns in the house. They're very smart and thorough and all this is provided at a very fair price! Thanks AirMaxx. We'll see you in October for furnace clean and check!
