Took my Mom's old wool coat, which she loves, for cleaning. I confess I was a bit embarrassed by all the stains on the coat but the counter person at Starcrest was very professional. They had the coat ready in 24 hours so I could have it back to Mom before she missed it. All stains gone and the coat looks fabulous. Would definitely use Starcrest again.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

My dad died May 29 and we needed his suit cleaned for his funeral. I took it to the Rantoul location on May 30 and was given a pickup date of June 1 (due to Memorial Day). When I arrived on 6/1, the clerk told me that there was a mistake and it wouldn't be ready until the next day, which was too late for us. She called the Urbana location and they were able to rush the cleaning and it was ready for me when I arrived. They apologized for the mix up and the fact that I had to drive an additional 20 miles to get the suit, but all's well that ends well. If I lived in the area, I'd gladly give them my business again.
