It feels like each time I shop here, it becomes more of an issue. After an employee asked for my phone number today, I said that I don’t use an Ulta account and I won’t be returning anything. They asked if I could provide someone else’s or a friend’s. I declined, as I wouldn’t want to do this without permission. Someone else’s phone number isn’t mine to use.

The employee said that they are really not supposed to be ringing up my purchase without me providing a phone number and the employee seemed annoyed. I was still able to leave with my purchase. I don’t understand the policy at all, since I have been told different things. Can Ulta please respond?“
