My first visit was great. They reviewed previous X-rays and developed a plan that they discussed with me. They used tools to clean my teeth l had never seen before. Krista gave me very helpful suggestions on how to improve my dental hygiene. In the future. 5 stars!
It was my son’s first visit to the dentist. The hygienist was so kind & patient. She explained everything ahead of time to him. It definitely put him at ease. Dr. Scott came in and checked everything. Once again, so kind and patient with my son. We left and he said-well that was fun! When do I go again? You cannot ask for a better response from a child. Thank you to the staff. Amazing!
I had a routine cleaning and full set of X-rays, including the panoramic. Dental hygienist, Sydney was friendly, kind, and professional. She was mindful of my strong gag reflex during the regular set of X-rays. She made me comfortable and I had no problem (particularly due to their state of the art portable equipment). Following the cleaning, Dr. Schorsch answered all of my questions regarding the X-rays and a current crown. He is always patient and kind. I have been with same practice for many, many years. I usually see Dr Scott and saw Dr.Vohs before closed his practice at the same Champaign location! Excellent customer service all around.
