“Dr. Balgemann is truly amazing. He is the best optometrist I've ever had. He does such a thorough exam and goes into so much detail during all the steps. I love that he will even bring up images on his computer to further explain things and provide examples. I would even go so far as to call him an "eye nerd" and this is exactly the type of person I want examining my eyes. I never feel like he rushes the exam or that he misses any of my concerns. I appreciate the fact that he allows my husband and I to sit in on each other's exams, and we now have a running joke competition on who has the best/worst vision. Highly recommended!“

“Never been a customer with them before, but my nine month old roller over onto my glasses last night and broke the string retainer on my lenses. I was in a pinch with some upcoming softball games and as an official it is pertinent that I am able to see clearly. They were able to get my glasses put back together good as new the next morning without a fee. Highly recommend - excellent care and customer service.“
