My furnace died and I called Omni, as they were my home warranty companies (AHS) partner. The technician diagnosed the problem, and fairly promptly I had a replacement furnace.
The technicians (Nick and Matt) that worked on the system were professional and let me know every step of the process and what to expect.
They also texted during the process to let me know what was going on in between the initial visit and installation.
I'd use Omni again and recommend them.

The best service I have ever received from an HVAC company. Aaron is an expert who is clearly 100% committed to doing an excellent job for his customers. I feel like he put the same care into our furnace as he would his own. He's also very personable and makes you feel like a friend who is in very good hands. Top notch.
