Well, if the RUDENESS of their technicians is any indication, I would NEVER call this business! I was trying to turn left off of 74 onto Lincoln Avenue this morning. I had the GALL to dare to try to check for oncoming traffic before I made my turn when some jerk in an FE Moran service van laid on his horn at me. I made the turn and he was still making aggressive, RUDE hand gestures I could see in my rearview mirror. And they call themselves a security system company?! People should be protected from THEM! This a**hat was extremely aggressive and for no good reason. It's not like I was sitting on my phone not paying attention or something! I was driving safely and it was not fast enough for his tastes so he decided to go into road rage. I'd like to tell him what he can do with his stupid horn! NO WONDER they get one star reviews frome everyone. I'd give zero stars if I could.
If I could make this a ZERO, I would:Business: they do an annual inspection and ALWAYS screw up a perfectly functional system! and THEN (get this!) want to charge me for coming out to fix it! EVERYTIME it's an argument that their "inspector" must have created the problem that we are NOT going to pay to fix!Home: probably due to a storm or the need for another battery, I scheduled a repair appointment. After a 15 minute wait, we called to be told the new company (in my mind, a giant excuse for "I don't give a sh*& about customer care) is in charge of this scheduling and the answer was "I don't know where to call and I don't know when they are coming" but would put out a priority call!!! (I am anticipating another fight for now being charged an emergency fee). Furthermore, when scheduling the appointment, I SPECIFICALLY told them to cease their daily calls that they aren't getting a signal (DUH!). It took the THIRD nuisance call to get the point! Could this company be any more dysfunctional!
