Lou at Lando in Champaign in the nicest guy in the world. Back when I was a poor undergrad Air Force ROTC student, he would a great job of cutting my hair and always say at the end “that’ll fool ‘em.” I grew up in a small town where my family cut my hair and I never realized until later that I should have been tipping poor Lou. He was so friendly and outgoing that I still remember him so today reached out to find that he’s still there after 45 years, and as kind as ever. I wanted to send him his back tips but he laughed and said not to so I’m writing this instead. Thanks, Lou!
