My last exam was not comprehensive and thorough; more specifically, the optometrist asked me whether I needed the prescription to be adjusted compared to my previous visit. How should I know?
terrible, absolutely terrible. it took me a whole semester and longer (16+ weeks) to get contacts. Id you're a college student they will take advantage of you and your time and your money. when they make a mistake they blame it on the manufacturer and they do not keep track if the orders for your contacts have been processed. Very very disorganize, told me i needed a trial pair of contacts that i've been wearing my whole life and when i came back for the check up for the trial pair the doctor was confused why i was back.
Update: I got a call from the Doctor of Jones who told me how he did not like how I talked to his staff and threatening a review. He kept telling me to stop talking. I told him I did not yell at his staff. I talked in a calm manner the whole time. They may not like that I was not accepting their answers, but then get out of customer service; that's the gig, but working for a doctor who has no customer and calls to chastise you, what do you expect. American Optometric Association (AOA) recommends that low-risk adults between 18 and 64 have a comprehensive eye exam every two years.
