Was such a good experience with Aaron and Omni. I have heat again due to Aaron. He did an amazing job. We hit negative temperatures. Of course that's when my heat pump went out. Aaron came out 3 times. First time to figure out was going on. Ordered parts had my system running. But wanted to make sure I was not in a dangerous situation. Third time was at 11 pm on a Friday night. He fixed it, called me the next day to make sure everything was working. Thank you Aaro, and Omni.“

I found the complete replacement motor online, I ordered it on Wednesday night and it arrived on Friday afternoon! Great service, I installed and was back running within an hour!
