My dad is a 95 year old senior who lives in an Assisted living facility in Champaign county and I live in Washington state so I depend on service providers when dad has issues.Dad's power lift chair stopped working on a Thursday. I called Lori at Furniture Medic on Friday and Scot arrived first thing Monday and not only fixed Dad's primary chair but is also pursing parts to repair Dad's back up chair. Their service is incredible and dad had glowing things to say about Scot. I had interfaced with Lori on the phone snd happily report that she's terrific, too.So thank you to both to furniture medic for helping my precious Dad. I highly recommend them for their promptness and incredible care and concern for the needs of others.Highly recommended!
