We sadly lost my spouse and father to our three children unexpectedly this August 2023 as he was working out—of-state in IL. The process was terribly complex to get him home, obtain the needed paper work. Vince called me back after I left one voice message and has helped our family make all the cremation arrangements, special arrangements for our family to say goodbye before the cremation, and has been a liaison with the county’s office ever since to continue to help us through this process to obtain vital paperwork.We sincerely thank Vince, the outcome would of been very differently without his help. My mother passed away suddenly a few days ago and they have been so helpful and kind. I’d like to say first I called a few other places, those other places tried to up sell me and even had the gull to tell me it doesn’t matter that my mom wanted the cheapest cremation we can get her, that funerals are for the living and because I love my mom I need to pay thousands for the best service. We’re a family of 6 living on one income, we don’t have thousands but the other guys didn’t care. They tried to use my emotions against me. Thankfully I didn’t fall for that and called evergreen.
