I forget the persons name, but had a great person help me select the right style of frames for me. 6 months later I feel good about what she picked. I ended up messing up one of the arms(part going over ear) and brought it in. They fixed it free of charge. Good vibes. Good people

I have been going here for years now, even though I no longer have vision insurance, because they treat you like family, and actually care about you. The staff are so incredibly sweet, and they remember your individual needs. They give emergency pairs of contacts free of charge when I'm late to order more and am desperate, because, like I said--they CARE. I'm telling you--you won't get this kind of service from LensCrafters or 1-800-Contacts! Also, as someone who gets anxiety in "medical" settings, you will not feel that way when you're here. You feel less like a "patient" and more like a customer. Great experience all around.

Great customer service from the front staff. Dr Meyer is an excellent, experienced eye doctor. After several unsuccessful visits with another doctor to pinpoint my vision issues, she was able to diagnose the problem(s) after one exam. Very satisfied. I believe the prices are reasonable. I don't have vision insurance so it gets pricey, but having an experienced doctor and good customer service is always worth the money.
